Rogue Gorge Trail Work Party

  • Union Creek Wayside (map)

We will be hosting two days of trail work on the Rogue Gorge course! Volunteers are welcome to join either day or both days. Trail work activities will involve hiking two miles on mostly flat and rolling trail to cut overgrown brush away from the trail, as well as raking the trail tread of forest debris, then hike out two miles on the same mostly flat and rolling trail.

Bring a sense of adventure, a lunch, water, as well as work gloves, eye protection, long pants, long sleeve top and sturdy boots/shoes. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own loppers, pruning saw and other hand tools. All trail work volunteers earn credits toward Daybreak race registration fees.
