Each event is updated on our website shortly after the current year's event is over. Future dates vary sometimes based on venue availability, course conditions in prior years, and other limitations and considerations. Some of the significant changes include:

  • Kalapuya Crest is missing. We do not plan to host this event in the future, due to consistently high fire danger year after year after year. The window for hosting the event is already very narrow, due to late snow into July, heavy mosquito season through Labor Day, fire season all of August and September, early snow by mid-late Sept.

  • Cape Mountain moves to June. Historically, this event has always been in early June since it began in the early 2000’s. We got great weather last November, but are looking forward to milder temps and more daylight hours.

  • Wy’east Trailfest! We’ve evolved Wy’east Howl into a mountain style event, bringing each course entirely onto the Mt. Hood volcano itself, with more views, more vert and max excitement!
